Acknowledgment of Confidentiality.

CECL acknowledges that they may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information of AUTHOR.

Confidential Information does not include (i) information already known by CECL, (ii) information in the public domain through no wrongful act of CECL, or (iii) information received by CECL from a third party who was free to disclose it.

No covenant to disclose.

CECL AUTHOR agrees not to use, commercialize or disclose any confidential information to any person or entity except by approval. AUTHOR acknowledges that CECL may share certain information with third parties for purposes of engineering design and pricing but only if CECL has entered into a signed nondisclosure agreement specifically about the project from third parties. CECL agrees to use at least the same care in protecting confidential information as they use in protecting their own confidential information.

Retention of rights. AUTHOR retains all rights to the content sent. CECL agrees to keep all materials for one year from the last date of activity and to return all materials upon AUTHOR'S request. After one year of non-activity, CECL reserves the right (without notice) to destroy all confidential materials by crosscred shredding.

1. How do I send IC sample to CECL?

Pack carefully and ship the IC sample to us. How-to shipping is provided when you submit your item online. Even if you forget to complete the form or make a mistake, don't worry - your item will still be processed correctly and a number will be assigned when it arrives.

2. How long will it take to crack my item and return it to me?

4. What is the free evaluation process?

Our tech team members physically review each item sent for a free evaluation. They will test the functionality of some suspicious parts and look for signs of catastrophic failure that will make the unit inaccessible. They will not perform a complete component by component testing during the free evaluation process. 5. What is CECL Shipping Policy?

6. What happens if the file obtained from the crack does not work (what is the warranty policy)?

9. Payment Options

What are you?

Orders by wire transfer, or company check, can be prepaid with Western Union, PayPal. Many of our customers and most first time customers use the Western Union, PayPal payment option. Net conditions can sometimes be set

10. Does CECL sell parts?

Yes, we sell electronic parts and we accept components and parts in the following three approaches.

1. Supply you parts;

2. We make purchases on your behalf from your designated distributors;

3. Use our in-house component stock;

Any one or more of the above approaches can be supplied for your PCBA project. We order genuine parts from your designated suppliers or our partner companies.

11. Is there any custom duty or tax?

It depends on where you are. Some countries such as the United States, Italy, and Canada have no duty importing PCBs from China. There may be charges on some components and PCB assembly products.

We can handle custom announcements for you in Canada and the United States with some additional fees. Then we can send our boards from Canada or USA.
